Record Volunteer Hours
Helping the PTA track your volunteer hours allows the school district to know how much Poinsettia parents give to our district AND maintain the PTA's 501(c)3 status with the IRS.
If you are a PTA member OR NOT, it's as easy as 1-2-3 to record. Select "Enter Volunteer Hours" menu tab. No amount of time is too little to record.
Log volunteers hours for any of the following:
- Any PTA-related work (includes any phone time discussing PTA)
- Working any PTA or School event on or off campus (includes at another school)
- Classroom hours at home or at school
- Any Carlsbad Ed Foundation work
- Shopping for supplies
- On the phone
REMINDER: always sign in & out of office when on campus AND wear a name badge.
